imageAT the Cornell Lab of Ornithology, scientists, conservationists, engineers, educators and students all work together for a common purpose: to understand birds and other wildlife, to involve the public in scientific discovery, and to use this knowledge to protect biodiversity. This website showcases the work of this project.

Learn about basics of birding, get to know more than 15,000 animals by their calls or interact with top orinthologists and wildlife scientists. You can also enroll for online courses on topics as diverse as photography and courtship and rivalry among birds.
