Last year we traveled across France. it was my first visit to Europe. We were amazed to see cycling paths all over the city of Paris. Paris has a big traffic and parking problem and loads of people use really tiny cars and cycles. In Annecy they have a huge lake and a cycling track all around it. Don't intend to make a comparison between two different countries but in Mumbai i find it hard to allow my son to school on a cycle because the traffic is crazy. We need to work to change this or soon children will not be able to walk or cycle to school anymore and that will not just be sad but have many far reaching affects. I cycle to work daily, also I use my cycle to reach anywhere in city when I am traveling alone. I was earlier tensed traveling by bus and the traffic used to make me angry/down very fast.
