A new reality television series is teaching Britain's "most wasteful families" how to live simpler, greener lives. Each week, the BBC's, No waste like home looks over a different family's house. It then suggests techniques for cutting down on their ecological footprints. Despite early rave reviews from within the UK, the show has, however, not been picked up by another pertinent client: BBC America.
Thailand has launched a worldwide competition for a memorial to more than 5,300 people who died on its shores after the Indian Ocean tsunami on December 26, 2004.
