Your invitation to join the memorial service of PR Mishra brought back memories of several interactions with him. It was an exhilarating experience to visit Sukhomajri with him and to establish a stimulating relationship with him. I would like to convey through you that Mishraji was a source of inspiration though his teachings were difficult to imbibe and practice. He made one wonder how in a country besmeared by cynicism could someone transform his ideas into reality.

M y colleagues and I at 'Jnana Prabodhini,' express heartfelt sorrow on the sad demise of P R Mishra. Sukhomajri became a legend in the watershed development field, an example to be emulated by others. Earlier, Late Appa Saheb Bhagawat pioneered watershed development in Maharashtra. Later Mishra became a visionary of that category, who worked with a missionary zeal to transform the lives of others with great determination.
