A local court in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, has rejected an appeal by Bollywood star Salman Khan to suspend the hearing of the cases against him for killing black bucks and chinkaras, till chargesheets are filed in other related cases. He was, however, granted permission to abstain from attending regular court hearing of the case filed by the Rajasthan forest department. Besides Shah, of the eight other accused is comedian Satish Shah who also pleaded for exemption from attending court hearings as he was suffering from heart ailment.
