On December 14, journalists all around the world received a press release from Canada’s environment agency Environment Canada, declaring ambitious emission reduction There were also video footage of African delegates welcoming the decision. Within an hour, the real Environment Canada was sending messages to everyone in the world clearing Canada’s position. What a shameful declaration to make. Canada was conned by the Yes Men.
