N V K Ashraf is the Chief Veterinarian and Senior Director at Wildlife Trust of India. Apart from wildlife management, he also has interests in comparative religion, linguistics and ancient literary history. He is a scholar of the Thirukkural and has the distinction of uploading it in 22 different languages on the Internet.
