The first week of the third month of 2019 saw the National Green Tribunal order that all coal gasifier industries and units operating with the help of coal gasifiers in Morbi town of Gujarat be closed down. The same week the Supreme Court was told that improved formulations for manufacture of green crackers has been finalised. Read more here
