Women are more efficient than men in using the world wide web, according to a survey. A test conduced by MCI, an American Telecommunication company, at the site http://www.nettest.mci.com, attracted thousands of people to answer five general interest questions using the Net. The company found that overall women aged between 24 years to 39 years scored an average of 80.85 as compared to men of similar age group who got 80.52. Whereas, girls aged 17 years or below outscored boys by 78.14 to 70.64 ( New Scientist , Vol 154, No 2091).
