The Supreme Court (SC) has banned plying of all 15-year-old motor commercial vehicles including buses, taxis and auto-rickshaws in the National Capital Territory (NCR) from October 2 this year. The SC has expressed concern and distress at the apathy of the authorities concerned in implementing various directions issued by it from time to time.
