a new technology has been developed to reduce vehicular pollution. Developed by researchers in the uk, it reduces the amount of pollutants in the exhaust fumes of automobiles. A report on the new technology in the British Commercial News , says that the level of pollutants after using the technique is so low that it would actually clean the air in some of the most polluted cities around the world.

At the Dunton Research and Development Centre, engineers tested automotive emissions they had collected from cars fitted with the new technology and found it to be cleaner than the air in the laboratory. The exhaust emission laboratory would help assess vehicular emissions levels and carry out fine calibrations to arrive at the optimum level of emission performance and efficiency.

Dunton has invested us $111.54 million for its expansion to provide new facilities to its engine, powertrain and exhaust emissions laboratories in the uk .
