>> Four environmentalists working with the NGO Nature's Beckon Organisation will drive 1300 km covering Assam and Arunachal Pradesh, on motorcycles, to create environmental awareness. Starting from Sivasagar on September 30 it will culminate on October 13 at Kaziranga, a significant destination for the NGO which, since its inception in Assam has been working to protect the one-horned rhinoceros of Kaziranga.

Called 12 Canoes these "visual poems" can be found at 12canoes.com.au. One of the oldest cultures in existence, this follows the recent introductory film entitled 10 Canoes.
