the government and manufacturers of ayurvedic drugs have decided to work together to increase the demand for Indian ayurvedic cures in the international market.
This decision was taken during a one-day conference, 'Growth of Ayurveda -- Industry's Perspective', held recently in New Delhi. The conference was organised by All India Ayurvedic Congress Manufacturers' Association.
The association believes that to aid the process of Indian medicines gaining recognition in the international market, it is necessary for stakeholders such as the manufacturers and traders to choose representatives, who will interact with the government regarding policy matters.
