Leaks and cracks seem to trail the Delhi Jal Board (djb) forever. It is now the turn of their bottled water scheme 'Gangajal', whose launch has been delayed. The Delhiites who are used to the erratic ways must be breathing a sigh of relief that the fault was discovered before the sale of the water began.
