Grate the paneer and mash it. Mash the khoya and mix it with paneer using a food processor or by hand. Place this mix in a pan with thick base and add milk and sugar to it. Place on medium flame and keep stirring till the mixture starts to bubble. Add cleaned parijaat flowers and keep stirring for 10 minutes or till the mixture becomes thick. Add cardamom powder, mix well and take the pan off the flame. Pour this mixture on a greased plate and smoothen the surface and the edges. Let it cool. Cut it in squares of desired size.
