Sriprakash, whose previous film, Kiski Raksha (Whose Safety), on Netarhat - which presented the conflict between the army and local tribes - has finished his second film. Addo Milad Wgulan (Another Revolt) Is a documentary on the tribal movement of Bihar. This time around It describes the 30-year-old struggle against the Koel Karo hydell power project. Being an activist himself, Sriprakash gives the tribal perspective to his film. According to him, "The construction of dams on the Koell and Karo rivers threaten to destroy the livelihood and culture of the local inhabitants."
