The farmers want the centre to take back the three controversial farm laws
Protesting farmers have again arrived in Delhi. A small group of 200 farmers reached Delhi’s Jantar Mantar on July 22, 2021.
They are holding a Kisan Sansad or farmers' parliament at Jantar Mantar. Farmers want the centre to take back the three controversial farm laws.
They will come every day till August 9, 2021, when the Parliament monsoon session ends. The protestors from Singhu, Tikri and Ghazipur will come in shuffled batches.
Farmers will discuss various issues related to the bills during this period. Police have tightened the security around the Parliament area. Farmers from across India are protesting at different entry points of Delhi for the past 8 months.
