Court digest: Major environment hearings in January

While every week, Down To Earth brings you the top environmental cases heard in the Supreme Court, high courts and National Green Tribunal, here is a round-up of all the Saturday digests for January
1.

This week, the SC asked the Centre to look into human rights of mentally ill patients and NGT heard a complaint on felling of trees in Shimla. To find out more, click here
