Down To Earth (DTE) Magazine: DTE magazine is a yearly
subscription service and a subscriber has to pay in advance. There is no
provision of refunds once the subscription starts.
Our books are also sent against advance payment only. We are an
environment NGO with limited resources and manpower. Hence no refund is
allowed once an order has been placed.
If any magazine copy or books are received by a client in a
defective/damaged condition, then we will send replacement copies.
