Gifts and Special Discount Schemes are not a permanent feature of our service. We may announce them once in a way, and are always applicable only for PRINT subscriptions and not on DIGITAL subscriptions. And they are only for "Individual" buyers, and on Single-copy subscription orders, to be serviced within India. Gifts, if announced, are for NEW subscribers only - not for RENEWAL subscribers. Please note that the Gifts and Discounts are NOT VALID for multiple copy and bulk subscription orders.
Please note that all tariffs, gifts and offers are subject to change without notice. We may withdraw any of our free services or gift offers, at any point of time, without prior notice, depending on its viability. We may add any new services or change current offers/gifts, without notice, depending on stock availability as well as economic viability.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for the delivery of your 1st copy of the magazine, after you place an order. Thereafter you will normally receive it every fortnight. DTE English fortnightly magazines are normally mailed out by the 3rd and 17th of each month, through normal post and it generally reaches the subscriber within 2-14 days maximum, depending upon its destination. DTE Hindi monthly magazines are mailed out on the 3rd of every month and this also reaches the subscriber within 2-14 days.
All Down To Earth magazine copies are mailed out to subscribers in India by normal post, through Government of India’s “India Post”, and we don’t charge for this. In case any of the issues are lost in transit due to some postal issues, the subscriber will have to write to us, within a month, and we will definitely send a replacement copy immediately, without fail.
We can send our Print magazines by courier too for faster delivery, in case the subscriber is willing to pay the additional charges as applicable:

Inside Delhi/NCR – Rs.500 extra, for each year’s subscription
Outside Delhi/NCR – Rs.1,000 extra, for each year’s subscription
In case there are any lockdowns or Pandemic or any other natural disasters, and we are not able to print the magazine, then we will try to send the digital version of the magazine in lieu of that, during that time. Hence every subscriber will have to give us their email ID, for this to work.
Once you decide to place your order with us, you are agreeing to all our terms and conditions. All Disputes, if any, are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only.
