Baranaja: a climate resilient farming practice

Baranaja is a mixed crop farming practice from Uttarakhand based on traditional wisdom. Millets and pulses are the main crops cultivated through this system. These are healthy foods, especially for people with diabetes, hypertension and heart diseases.
