The sight of construction waste against the background of high-rise buildings has finally bothered the Municipal Corporation of Gurugram (MCG) and a sanitation drive has been announced.

Construction and demolotion waste also contributes to a fall in the air quality on windy days.

It is reported that that Gurugram is also setting up three treatment plants for a sustainable disposal of such waste materials.
