What do gig workers really need?

On the New Year’s Eve — a night when millions celebrated, many delivery “partners”, often dubbed as “gig workers” went on strike. This strike, called by gig worker unions, aimed to disrupt deliveries on quick commerce platforms such as Swiggy, Blinkit, and Zepto, on one of the busiest nights of the year.
