Peatlands of Indonesia: in conversation with Myrna A Safitri

Indonesian peatlands are being burnt for palm oil and paper industries. Last year at the COP 21 in Paris though, Indonesian President Widodo announced that all forest fires and peat fires will be under control and peatlands will be restored. Down To Earth speaks to Myrna A Safitri, Deputy of Education, Socialization, Participation and Partnership at the Peatlands Restoration Agency (BRG)
