    These claims are false. there is no scientific proof for this.

    Dayananda saraswati learned the Hatha Yoga and found out that its all stupidity and destroyed all yaga books 250 years ago. Its shameful we still holding to it.

    Kapalabhati kind of tricks are just Choking game which cause Hyperventilation. you set a sensation at that time but it damages the brain.

    All these asanas are 20th century inventions initiated by Pantapratinidhi Raja of Aundh from the influence of bodybuilder Eugen Sandow. ref: "the yoga body" mark singleton book

    So please dont give any importance to this drill.
