An unknown disease that has claimednearly 250 lives so far, has spread terror in the districts ofwestern Nepal, specifically in Bajuraand Accham. Efforts to trace the causeand identify the disease which has beenraging for the past two months, havecome to naught. The symptoms seemrather innocuous with patients complaining only of light fever, headaches, pain in the joints and loss of appetiteresulting in sudden death.
