Ximena Carranza is an international student from Peru currently studying at Brown University (USA), where she is pursuing a B.Sc. in Environmental Science with a focus on policy and sustainable development. She is also a Latin America Researcher at the southern think tank Nivela, where she follows the INDC process and climate and energy media coverage in the region
