Week 1 (April 1-7)

A Sloth Bear in Ranthambhore. Photo: Wikimedia CommonsThis week saw an adult sloth bear stray into Telangana's Jangaon town scaring locals. Also, a male tiger was found dead then in Meghamalai Hills, a sub-range of the Western Ghats, in Tamil Nadu’s Theni district. Click here to read more
