>> A company in Scotland is advertising for interpreters to translate the Glaswegian dialect into standard English. It offers to pay more than US $200 a day to people with a knowledge of the areas vocabulary, accent and nuances. Scotlands biggest city, Glasgow, has long had a reputation for the most impenetrable dialect in Britain.

>> China has banned foreign investment in its online gaming industry in a tightening of its censorship regime and to protect local gaming companies. Foreigners would be banned from operating online gaming within China through wholly or partially-owned investments, the countrys publishing regulator said.
