Patrick Moore

Patrick Moore is Dialogue Earth’s industry transition editor, based in London. He was Latin America editor until 2025. Prior to joining the organisation in 2021, he worked as an editor and journalist for publications in China and the UK. He has an MSc in environment and development from King’s College London, during which he focused on global environmental governance and EU green policy. His areas of interest include the steel industry and its decarbonisation, and Chinese overseas investment and development initiatives.
