Published on

The scientists of the Central Drug Research Institute of India (CDRI), Lucknow, conducted clinical tests on Memory Plus, a drug which owes its origin to the traditional herb 'Brahmi'. The tests established its efficacy in children suffering from attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), a condition in which children are hyperactive and lack the will or the power to concentrate. Trials were conducted in the department of paediatrics, BRD Medical College, Gorakhpur by administering Memory Plus and placebos (inert substances) on children in the age group of 8-10 years for a period of 12 months.
