Its owner fled the country to avoid prosecution for business irregularities. Chavez plans to have a state representative in the company.

>> The Pentagon demanded WikiLeaks remove from its website classified documents about the war in Afghanistan, and return thousands of others it had not yet made public. It alleged the disclosure gave the Taliban an insight into US war tactics.
