>> Malaysia’s Prime Minister Najib Razak has been widely criticised for comments he made about the price of kangkung, a type of spinach. In a YouTube video, Razak said it was unfair to hold the government responsible for increased food prices. He claimed the weather is to blame and used the kangkung vegetable as an example.

>> Internet entrepreneur Kim Dotcom, who is wanted in the US for alleged copyright fraud, has announced the name of his political party that will contest New Zealand’s parliamentary elections this year. Dotcom says it will be called the Internet Party.
