  • Hi Kirti,

Thank you for the wonderful videos, I had been looking for such information for quite sometime. Since you've have so kindly shared your personal recipes, I wanted to share with you that after watching your video I looked for Xanthan Gum powder on Amazon to order. But after going through the ingredients of what it is made of, I got skeptical and mailed the manufacturer as under the product description it said-A natural carbohydrate made of corn sugar treated and fermented with the bacteria xanthomas campestris. The reply said- This product is imported from china. There is no proof that can be obtained from manufacturers confirming that an item is not GMO.
Since CSE is doing such a great job about bringing about the GMO information, this will definitely interest you.
